Omg everyone was so nice and I'd love to give Ginger a gold star. She helped make the experience that much better and so thankful I was able to get her help. Great team that day!
Dr. Brown was fantastic and very thorough. She didn't try to upsell me and seemed to truly love her job. She provided me with an extra trial box of astigmatism contacts for no fee and offered to change my prescription without an additional visit if they ended up working out for me. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly as well compared to the other Walmart vision centers in the area. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly staff as well. Thank you guys!
Representative said they close @ 6 and purposely closed early when saying that I was on my way.. arrived @ 5:25 I believe they are racist
I am going to start with saying DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! My husband went here for contacts. When he was ready to leave he only had glasses. I asked if they did contacts and they said yes. So had to pay more for the contact fitting. Okay i get that. We leave, he foes back to get the glasses and he tells them the contacts they sent him are fuzzy...he can not see. They basically told him he has a Cataract and needs it fixed. So here is my issue.
