I had to pick up contacts and the staff were very unprofessional. They take my insurance but the staff are not pleasant to deal with.
Dr. B is fine, but one of the staff members is so bad that I avoid making appointments when she works because she’s so mean that it’s awkward… I actually won’t buy glasses because I fear I’ll have to work with her getting fitted. At least with contacts I just pick them up and leave so there is minimal interaction. I finally thought I'd found the perfect place to go for my glasses. Not this time! First pair did not work out, so I returned them and followed directions on what I was told to do and it ended up being a nightmare to get a second pair made. Finally I picked out another frame and they remade my glasses which is their policy. The second pair gave me a sinus headache. I went back 2 days after getting my second pair to return them. The biggest downfall of buying my glasses online is not having a place to go to when they get all bent out of whack.. But there’s a lovely lady at the vision center inside Walmart who is always willing to help me get them bent back into shape. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I appreciate your hospitality, and plan to buy my next pair of glasses here because of her.
