I went in looking to get my glasses adjusted after sitting on them and Charlene was able to fix them back right. Excellent service and the friendliest staff!
We dealt with John, the manager. My husband and I both purchased glasses. I can tell you that the service we received was excellent! John sets the gold standard for customer service! I wish everyone in customer service would train with John. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process. I highly recommend them for your optical needs.
Charlene helped me get my new glasses adjusted properly. Excellent service!!! I recommend them for any vision issues, friendly and competent. Will definitely be back when I need my glasses worked on or new glasses. Thank you , Charlene
