Brandon has helped me, every time I've come in. He's always professional, knowledgeable & efficient. If it's busy, he will acknowledge new customers, so they feel seen. Dr. Ferris knew something was wrong with my left eye, but he dismissed it and said I was seeing fine. We drove all the way here so he could lie to my face and waste my time. He rushed his job because he's lazy. He had no right to judge me when I paid for this myself without insurance.
Got an eye exam today. Went through all that stuff at the end of it. He prescribed me reading glasses and told me that there's nothing wrong with my eyes when my vision lately has been very blurry. My left eye left side of my left eye can't stop watering.
Earlier today I went down to the Walmart vision center. Because I thought there was a problem with my prescription there was not. Everything was fine. I just had to deal with a period of adjustment and I just needed to be patient. So as of now, everything is fine. Only now my tongue tastes like my own shoe leather because I had my foot in my mouth. Thank you, Walmart vision center for helping me deal with this situation. I found their staff and their Doctor to be very informative and patient with me.
