BUYER BEWARE. Dr. Ferris was arrogant, insulting & frankly worthless. A total waste of $120. Although the staff in the eyeglass department were extremely helpful & delightful, the eye exam was a scam. I'll go back to Costco for examination, the Doctor there gives a thorough exam. Definitely do not recommend.
Super sweet guy helped me quickly get some sunglasses as he was closing. Even cleaned them and got a pouch for me. Thank you!
Brandon has helped me, every time I've come in. He's always professional, knowledgeable & efficient. If it's busy, he will acknowledge new customers, so they feel seen. Dr. Ferris knew something was wrong with my left eye, but he dismissed it and said I was seeing fine. We drove all the way here so he could lie to my face and waste my time. He rushed his job because he's lazy. He had no right to judge me when I paid for this myself without insurance.
Got an eye exam today. Went through all that stuff at the end of it. He prescribed me reading glasses and told me that there's nothing wrong with my eyes when my vision lately has been very blurry. My left eye left side of my left eye can't stop watering.
