I had the blessing of having Lisa the first day I went in, who got me in the system and was kind, patient and diligent about insurance and tablet issues. Offering experience she has had. She was not only courteous but outright personable and friendly. I had to leave in a hurry and didn't get to order my glasses that day. My next day off Melissa was there to help.
