They are amazing. Very helpful and knowledgable.
Great experience. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was very indecisive, but, they took time to go thru the many options. They answered my questions and did not try to “hard sell” me on a bunch of unnecessary crap! I recommend them to anyone!
Rating is a BIG FAT 0 !! There is absolutely no excuse for it to take an hour to order a new pair of glasses. Also, wanting to charge for items that are covered by my insurance. I had to explain that to the lady working there, which definitely needs to find another job. I also was told to move away from the computer screen because I couldn't look at it because of the HIPPA LAW. Hello, lady, it's my insurance information I was looking at.
