I had to drop a review for Ms. Josie! I ran into Ms. Josie in the vision department a few days ago and she was absolutely nice and courteous. Answered every question and met every demand I gave. She didn't fluster or hesitate to help. Knowledgeable of products etc.... Let me tell you, absolutely impressed with her customer service
The eye center inside the Walmart in port Isabel was absolutely amazing. The customer service was great. They were quick to help me and find a solution for me to be able to receive both contacts and glasses. Josie specifically was very helpful and very sweet.
