Their Nikon lenses are top quality and their eye doctor does a professional job but, for the same comparable glasses I saved $100+ at Costo AND got high quality new frames to boot! Walmart doesn't warranty your glasses anymore, Costco does for Free. Imagine buying a new tire or TV and there's No warranty, that's crazy! I'm so glad I switched!
Had an eye exam at walmart and ordered new lenses. They were terrible and they kept saying they were fine. Nothing wrong. I went back 11 times total and ended up with a broken frame that they said they couldn't fix. They broke it not me when they tried adjusting it. They are the most unskilled people I've ever encountered. Very unfriendly with poor service. I ended up glueing my glasses back together. They were expensive titanium frames. Stay away from them if you want good vision.
Went in to vision center to have my glasses fixed and they no longer warranty them. Glasses were less than a year old. Were not told this when we purchased them. Very upset with the change in policy after they said it was still done.
The ladies that work at the monett vision center are THE best! Helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile making their customers feel cared for!😎
For decades I was buying my glasses from the big box stores in Springfield because I thought I was getting the best price and quality. I tried Walmart Vision in Monett because Consumers Report recommended Walmart. I'm so glad I switched to Walmart because I got the best quality glasses ever and the price was about $40 cheaper than traveling to Springfield. Highly recommend!
