Probably the best experience with an eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Reesman was so nice and all the employees were as well.
Receptions isn't understanding their information on insurance so just tells you ummmm maybe she can take new clients in November! Highly don't recommend period!!!!!!
I went to this place for the first time today. I had been going to Chattanooga and decided to try somewhere local. The doctor did an excellent job and I think she got my prescription more accurate than anyone has before. The other workers were also helpful and friendly.
Dr. Reesman and the front of house employees were all a pleasure! I don't want to list their names for privacy reasons but they were all extremely helpful to me. My appointment was easy and everything was explained to me in detail. I left satisfied with my experience.
