I had a very frustrating experience at this optical office. I had an appointment scheduled and still ended up waiting for an entire hour. After all that time, they finally told me they could not pull my insurance information, which makes absolutely no sense. I had already provided my insurance information over the phone several days before the appointment. I absolutely love the entire staff at Ft. Payne Walmart Vision Center. I have gone to several local eye doctors and for several years I did not even go at all because I didnt feel comfortable. The entire staff at Ft.Payne goes above and beyond to help search for the perfect pair of glasses and/or contacts. They also explained the pricing and any discounts. Probably the best experience with an eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Reesman was so nice and all the employees were as well.
Receptions isn't understanding their information on insurance so just tells you ummmm maybe she can take new clients in November! Highly don't recommend period!!!!!!
