I absolutely love the entire staff at Ft. Payne Walmart Vision Center. I have gone to several local eye doctors and for several years I did not even go at all because I didnt feel comfortable. The entire staff at Ft.Payne goes above and beyond to help search for the perfect pair of glasses and/or contacts. They also explained the pricing and any discounts. Probably the best experience with an eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Reesman was so nice and all the employees were as well.
Receptions isn't understanding their information on insurance so just tells you ummmm maybe she can take new clients in November! Highly don't recommend period!!!!!!
I went to this place for the first time today. I had been going to Chattanooga and decided to try somewhere local. The doctor did an excellent job and I think she got my prescription more accurate than anyone has before. The other workers were also helpful and friendly.
