Visited as a walk In today. Outstanding Customer experience. The OD “ Dr” was able to get my eyesight back to 20/20 vision. She is what Lake City needs. The staff is professional and courteous. 1. Awesome stuff and very knowledgeable and very professional
It took me, a licensed advisor, to accompany a client with a Medicare Advantage plan on a visit to the center before a manager decided to be proactive and call the insurance company to verify the client's entitled vision benefits. Rated 2 Stars because of the staff's sense of urgency, patience and thoroughness with answering my questions regarding the client's previous encounter. Otherwise, I would've rated lower simply because the staff tried coercing the client into making an unwanted purchase without calling the insurance... read more
