I visited the Walmart Vision Center intending to purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses, but unfortunately, I received no customer service at all. I stood in the sunglasses section for about two minutes waiting for assistance. During that time, the representative never acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. I could clearly see his reflection in the mirror while I was browsing, and he never looked up from his computer. This visit was a red flag from the start of a phone call to book an appointment. The eye doctor himself conducted the phone call where he argued about what my insurance covers versus doesn't, however I spoke with my insurance prior to calling for an appointment and I have used my insurance prior with no issues. He decided to give me a discount if I paid cash, I have no issue at this point.
