This visit was a red flag from the start of a phone call to book an appointment. The eye doctor himself conducted the phone call where he argued about what my insurance covers versus doesn't, however I spoke with my insurance prior to calling for an appointment and I have used my insurance prior with no issues. He decided to give me a discount if I paid cash, I have no issue at this point.
