Experience started well, but went downhill. Went in on Wednesday to buy glasses, only to find there was an error with my prescription. Was told to return on Thursday. On Thursday, the one employee working said, "I'm not licensed. Come back tomorrow." I went back on Friday (the opening employee was 20 minutes late) and she too said, "I'm not licensed either.
