Glad it closed. The old guy they had in there was not able to do anything in regards to adjusting frames, tightening frame screws, anything to do with maintenance he couldn’t handle. But he was good at doing nothing!! It takes knowledgeable associates to make a profit and that guy was not one of the knowledgeable ones.

I went in to fix my aunt’s broken glasses. Kerry was more than willing to help me. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to fix them. She and her coworker were able to fix the glasses, saving me a lot of headache!! Best customer service EVER!!!
Kerry was so very helpful and thorough in helping me find glasses for my daughter and me.
It was a great experience from the beginning phone call with Danielle to the end when both pairs of my glasses were fixed and handed to me by Danielle. I didn't even buy the frames from here, and they had no issues repairing my busted frames promptly and effectively. Thank you all!!
