I just stopped in because my glasses were a little loose and asked if they could tighten them back up. The girl said ok. She brought them back out even looser than they were before. Now they slide down my nose when I look down. I purchased these at a Walmart in marion nc and they have been wonderful until just recently. The screws were a little loose and just needed tightening. I arrived at 0613 pm and they have the entire store closes off. There was an employee inside. It would help the community if local businesses would accurately post their hours of operation online.
Traveled from another town to specifically visit the vision center. Walked in the door 20 minutes before they were closed and was told that “due to the new computer system, it could take as long as 40 minutes to order glasses so they could not see us today”. When we walked in there was 3 people working, 2 of which were doing nothing but sitting in chairs. I don’t understand why (if it really took that long) why one person couldn’t have been entering information in the computer, while one was doing measurements, etc. Will def... read more
The order taker was polite and efficient. And when I went to pick up what I'd ordered, it was promptly given to me. The only problem was in the interim they called to say they were having trouble having enough employees to work some days and I should call before coming to make sure someone would be there!
Being out of country (Canada) on vacation, I lost a screw on my frame and the staff repaired it and even checked all others. Thank you !!!
