I would give this zero stars if I could. They should change the name to Walmart glasses and contacts store because there is no doctor on staff as one would expect at a vision clinic.
I showed up to my eye appointment and the person at the desk said their Eye Doctor had QUIT and there was nothing they could do for me. Apparently they tried calling me a few days before to let me know. When I asked about this phone call (that I never received), they said "You didn't have cell service so you didn't answer." I'm wondering why I didn't get a follow up call, a voicemail, or an email. I'm a Walmart+ member that lives and works 2 miles away from the store so they could've tracked me down pretty easily if they tri... read more
I had a great experience with Walmart vision clinic. Dr. Moore explained everything to me. The ladies at front desk were nice and patience.
Called to ask a question and whoever answered the phone hung up on me. Keepin' it professional.
