Savannah assisted me with the purchase of my new glasses. She was truly knowledgeable regarding the prices, the available options, and measurements needed for my prescription. Her patient and friendly demeanor is awesome!
I would give this zero stars if I could. They should change the name to Walmart glasses and contacts store because there is no doctor on staff as one would expect at a vision clinic.
I showed up to my eye appointment and the person at the desk said their Eye Doctor had QUIT and there was nothing they could do for me. Apparently they tried calling me a few days before to let me know. When I asked about this phone call (that I never received), they said "You didn't have cell service so you didn't answer." I'm wondering why I didn't get a follow up call, a voicemail, or an email.
