Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, saved more than $300.00 at Walmart Vision Center. Excellent Aftercare from purchasing glasses as well, highly recommend. Special shout out to Trisha and Dee for all their assistance. Update : was there today called ahead they had the frames in stock took less than 5 minutes for Tricia to pop the lenses out and put them in the new frames exemplary Services always.
Just needed new frames and replacement lens. Took my prescription in and everyone was very helpful. Great customer service!
Love the doctor! Opticians on the floor need some customer service training. 5 people working, two with customers, 2 stocking shelves and one at a desk. Not a single person has acknowledged myself and my son. We've been standing in the area for 15 minutes and not a single person has said anything. No we'll be right with you. Someone came in after us and was greeted and seated.
