Awesome experience at the Walmart Vision Center yesterday. Mr. Hall was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.
I got an eye exam elsewhere and they wanted almost $600 for glasses. I had some friends recommend Walmart in Murphy because they could get me glasses at a better price and they’ve been going there for years. As soon as I walked in they smiled and greeted me. They explained everything to me and broke down my prescription so I understood what the dr wrote. I left there with my glasses for everyday and I got a pair of polarized sunglasses. Rude young man in store today 11/22/2024. Did not want to be bothered , him and I was the only two there at the time. Became loud and confrontational with me and told me that I had to leave because of my attitude.This department has had no less than two eye glasses made for me in the last eight years and I know that this person has helped me in the past . This location does not have a doctor yet. However, I was able to see Dr. Parker in Ellijay, GA (Walmart) and get my glasses here in Murphy. Store Manager Brittney was awesome in assisting picking out a frame and lenses that fit me best. They have a great selection of frames! I picked up my glasses today and they are by far the best set of glasses I’ve owned! Licensed Optician Patti was amazing at fitting the frame for me and making sure I was happy with the Rx and feel of the glasses. No matter who you go to at this location... read more
Pretty useless place, haven't had a doctor on staff for a long time, they never have someone with a lic on staff, they can't even put a screw in the frame if they don't have lic.
