An abject failure as a business. Only one customer service representative...no optometrist. On three different occasions the store was closed during advertised business hours. Was called by the store ...told my glasses were ready and to come pick them up and when I arrived the store was closed. I have to drive 52 miles to reach the store. I've already paid for the glasses. I expect to be compensated by this business for my time!!
