Refused to accept my prescription for glasses that I got from VA optometrist last week. The Walmart optometrist said it was Walmart company policy. It is hard to understand why Walmart would create an obstacle for a veteran who needs eyeglasses as a matter of company policy. The staff at the nearby Destin vision center said they would fill the VA prescriptions and never had a problem with it, and the VA doctor told me in an email that in 32 years he had never had a Walmart refuse to fill a VA prescription.
