Jeanne is amazing. She went above and beyond for my mother. Mom doesn't get around well and when we went to pick up her glasses it was raining. I couldn't just drop her off at the door as she is a fall risk and there was no parking open near the building. Jeanne brought her glasses out to her and checked and adjusted them without a second thought. That was priceless to me.
I had my order placed. Received it today. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will always go there.
I picked out and purchased frames from Walmart for the 1st time today. Jean helped me find the perfect frames for my style. She also called to get my prescription and verify my insurance. She was so thorough checking and double checking before submitting my order. Thank you, Jean, for being so attentive and patient! What a great experience! I can't wait to get my new glasses.
This team is amazing (Kelly &Jean)!! I had a very pleasant experience with them. The pair of eyeglasses that I got (frame is Ray-Ban) was reasonably priced for the great quality and they have a variety of brands to choose from. JEAN is awesome, she was very helpful and so transparent with the breakdown of the cost. It only took 3 days and I got a notification for pick up. I would definitely recommend them. 5-stars!!
I went somewhere else for my eye exam, but brought my prescription here for better priced glasses. I had a wonderful experience with the staff in the Vision center! They were very helpful and explained everything in a way that I could understand! (1st time having to get glasses) I will definitely be coming back! They had a great selection from very low budget all the way to Ray Ban, Oakley, and Costa.
