The entire staff is amazing. It truly is a personal experience and you can tell they care. It feels more like a small family practice than anything. Dr Hatzo is great, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly but the great service stops there. The majority of the staff out front are not very friendly, do not get along with each other, and don’t know what they’re doing. I have been purchasing glasses there for many years and never had any issues until recently. Bought a new pair of glasses in April and both nose pads fell off before the glasses were three month old. Dr. Michelle I believe her name was don’t quote me was amazing , her customer service was above and beyond.i was running a little late and when I called in the staff advised me that I would have to wait closer to lunch which I had advised was fine . When I met with the doctor I instantly apologized for the late arrival and she immediately understood . She was very empathic and didn’t hesitate to see me .
