I have been going there for over 25 years and had outstanding service. But just try to book an appointment for a basic eye exam and was told to multiple times it’s $160 Every other location that I have called All told me $80.. Customer service obviously has gone downhill, And must be reading from the wrong script! It’s a shame I’m changing locations, but the writings on the wall
Teraji is great - he has been my doctor for 22 years. Wonderful demeaner, good doc.. Trust. But you can't even buy contacts over the phone here. It's 2025.
Stay away from this place they will sell you the cheapest most garbage quality lenses imaginable, they will get scratched easily. Take my advice and go to a real optic and not this Walmart garbage. Edit: Forgot to mention one of your workers breath stinks you should Probably brush your teeth if you're going to be in people's faces all day
Best optometrist I’ve ever taken an eye exam with. You can really see that he’s passionate about what he does and it shows. His love for his job is unmatched and it’s very appreciated.
