Chrishonna Porter, the Optical Manager in Vadnais Heights, is top notch! She went way out of her way to help me navigate choosing and purchasing glasses for my 96 year old friend (who speaks limited English). She was patient, kind and so helpful…looking up phone numbers, dealing with our insurance issues, explaining our benefits so we could make good decisions. Our experience at this Walmart vision Center was so positive, and I highly recommend them, Chrishonna and her colleagues, to anyone looking for glasses.
I’ve been a customer at this Walmart Optical for over 30 years. They are the most professional, caring, & efficient in the business. Dr. Erik Brendtro is top notch when it comes to explaining and going through an entire exam…. He’s a keeper!
Dr. Brendtro gave me the most comprehensive explanation of how my diabetes and high blood pressure affect my vision. He used my images of my ef yes to show where these changes would appear. Other exams I have had took images of my eyes and offered no explanation at all. The staff was excellent in measuring my face for new glasses. Of five stars I give them 6 stars. The staff and doctor were beyond excellent!
Had a great experience. Found the glasses we wanted, at a good price. Plus we could use our Health+ by Medica Debit card. Everyone who waited on us were friendly and professional.
