I was a little hesitant about going to a vision center in a Walmart but I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. DeMordaunt! They had great equipment and the assistant was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was the same, very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Demordaunt is awesome, he has been taking care of me for a while now and I have enjoyed my yearly visits with him ever time. I did order some trials around 2 weeks ago, was was told they would not take long to arrive (around a week) and after 2 weeks, the trials are yet to arrive. The past 2 times I have called, I have been told by Melissa that I will receive an update promptly after "she calls the warehouse" but then I don't get a call back. So I have to keep calling to do follow ups a day or 2 after. The lack of commun... read more
Had a great experience here. All of the employees are super fun and helpful, and the doctor is very kind and funny. Great place to go for any eye care needs!
Just wanted to order some contacts since they deny my prescription request when I try to order them somewhere else! Anyways called in and was asked to be put on hold for a few minutes, and now it’s been 30 minutes and counting so that’s been fun for me
I got new prescription glasses touday dr demordaunt is so kind and amazing he awser all my questions that I have his staff is amazing are so kind I would definitely go over again In the future😊
