Made an appointment. I explained that I wouldnt have any insurance info until the day of my appointment. They kept calling me wanting the info. Only 2 times in total. But what part of I wont have the info until my appointment dont they understand? The second lady was pretty rude. So I just cancelled and will go somewhere else. Any other place that I have gone they dont need a card. They just look it up in the system on VSP and have my info. Off to DesMoines I go!

Workers were rude, or very unhelpful on multiple occasions. First time was told to come in the next day to see the Dr., failed to let me know that I needed to make an appointment and Dr. Was there only on certain days of the week, which the next day was not one of them. After finally getting an appointment made and done tried to order contacts over the phone, lady was rude and told me she was not able to help me because I had not bought through walmart before, failed to mention I could do it online or could come in and get e... read more
