Both Roger and Terina were super nice and helpful in picking out my glasses I picked them up yesterday and was given Direction on walking with transitional lenses and confirm the fit. Thanks
Most experiences are good. The employees are usually helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Today I walked in really needing assistance on a pair of glasses I had gotten less than a week ago. Both employees were with customers. Totally fine, but neither acknowledged me waiting there for 5-10 minutes. Eventually one tells me "its going to be about a 20 minute wait" in a way that seemed to try to discourage me from waiting. Just overall a terrible feeling. So the good customer service might come and go with the day unfortunately.
donna is literally the kindest and most helpful person i’ve ever met . she helped me choose my frames and was just an absolute delight to talk to , definitely coming back :-)
Tanya and Jacob have absolutely been the most helpful in picking out my new glasses and getting them adjusted and comfortable. Truly caring, understanding, and knowledgeable staff!
