This vision center hasn't had a eye doctor for couple of years and when they finally do, it's a teledoc and they don't take all insurances. As for the eyewear section, they use to have employees who worked on the other side of the store assist you because they were short staff. Now they have actual employees just for the vision center. The staff is nice and helpful. They seem to know what they doing, I will know for sure when I go pick up my glasses. Can’t fill positions possibly it sounds like they have a problem in management. Let’s get her done people. Months later now in April almost to the end of April. These clowns can’t find a physician. I’m not surprised I need contacts. And they’re telling me that I haven’t been there for five years. These people are idiots. Don’t go to the store for eyecare. Now they call me back today. While I have praise for Vision Center manager Kaylin Sanders who is a wonderful people-person, friendly and nice, she cannot counterbalance the fact that there isn't an in-store eye doctor. My exam was given by a technician who emailed the results to an eye doctor in Oklahoma! While the doctor was nice, he could only go by the test results provided. That ended up with two pair of glasses that weren't right and after seven months I got tired of not seeing properly and had to patronize another place and replace them properly b... read more

After a miserable experience with geisinger, Katlyn did an excellent job of helping our son get the right frames and lenses. She took extra time to be sure the fit was correct and his bifocal size and location was perfect. Great job!
