Excellent experience here. Dr. Jones is thorough and not rushed. Returned because of her service but hadn’t needed glasses before. We were early for the appointment and instead of waiting, we were able to discuss lens options with Maria (pretty sure kid needed glasses this year). My insurance is usually a pain but all was good… we were able to review my daughter’s eyes with actual pictures during the exam- very impressed. I don't normally leave reviews, but I absolutely loved this place. I needed to find a new eye doctor, and figured I'd give this place a try. Don't let it being inside a Wal-Mart sway you away. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Starting from the front desk guy, to the eye doctor, and even the lady who you finish up with. So I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for unless it was during another time. They even called to make sure to get the same contact brand I had through my last eye doctor. My glasses came apart from what appeared to be a weak spot in the metal. I was told they could do nothing about it, because they don't stock that particular model anymore. Good reviews come from people who fortunately did not experience any issues. I was happy with Walmart until I had this issue. How a company reacts to problems says a lot. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
Your staff denied my mom her appointment for speaking Spanish and not having an interpreter yet she speaks English and has blue cross blue shield as an insurance. Completely out of line.
