So as of 12/28/24 there is no optometrist so you cannot get an eye exam. Only sharing the info because no one answers the phone either. Go anywhere else Bunch of clowns
Popped the string to my glasses and was helped by Lori. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and personable. Will definitely be bringing my prescription to be filled at this location.
They are very nice people. Very good at what they do, and they get it done quickly. However, they are terrible at answering their phone. And there is almost always somebody at the front desk. You can be trying to get ahold of them for 20 minutes straight with no answer.
Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received, the team there is super busy and still generous with their time and went out of their way to help me when I lost my glasses on the Appalachian trail.
It would be great if they would pick up the phone when somebody calls.. you can never get a hold of them
