I had a wonderful experience buying new glasses working with Scharlett. I have needed new glasses for some time, but have managed to put it off for years because I just didn't feel like doing it, yet somehow found myself standing in the the Wal-Mart Vision Center. I was fortunate in that Scarlett on shift and she was friendly, knowledgeable and VERY helpful. She carefully reviewed my order for three sets of glasses and made sure all of my options were correct. Julia could not have been more patient, competent, knowledgeable and friendly to ensure my lense prescription would fit my needs! Highly recommend the entire staff as well!
I went to the eye doctor and they wanted over $700 for glasses and thats using my eye insurance. Came to Walmart and got far better glasses, transitioning lenses as well as Nikon progressive and insured them for less than a third the price . Scarlett helped me she was the best!!!!!
This location needs to learn how to communicate with potential customers better than they currently are....They also need to stop playing games and acting like they can't verify insurance when I HAVE vision insurance....
