Sam was a fantstic ! Amazing service !! We are s glad. Thank you Sam. You are the best.
I called this Walmart Optical Center with a simple question about the price of a product. For identification, the man who answered had what sounded to me like an Indian accent. He was rude and showed no willingness to help. A basic pricing inquiry should be met with courtesy and a clear answer. This interaction left a very poor impression, and I hope management addresses how employees handle customer calls.
I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center, especially thanks to Mariela! She was friendly, professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Mariela!
Very Professional team, easy and pleasant experience. Thank you Mariela Lopez.
Sam, Francis and Dr. Nguyen are great! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have their eyes worked on!
