Great customer service
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Winter Garden, especially with Dr. Sam, the optometrist. The quality of care, professionalism, and genuine friendliness were well beyond what I expected. Dr. Sam was patient, thorough, and made the entire process feel personal and easy. It’s rare to find this level of service anywhere these days, let alone at a big-box store. I couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. If you need new glasses, this is the place to go.
