Pretty good customer service
I had 2 pairs of glasses that need to be fixed. They were my all-time favorites. Mariela, Francis and Carlos were warm, friendly, and very nice. They fixed my glasses perfectly, and did it with a smile. Hard to find service like this!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS. AGAIN!!! They are the best!
Be careful when you buy something there because they charge you $25 for a guarantee that they don’t cover later. Also, they put a paper with the time you have to pick up on top of the receipt so you don’t notice they’re charging you $25 extra. I called 1-800 and No, it’s not something you have to pay as the staff said to me. It’s OPTIONAL. I’ve never bought it but I paid for it. She said it’s just for a receipt purpose, but the price of the frame you have to add the $25, and it’s a lie. You don’t have to! So, don’t be stupid... read more
