Heidi and Dee are great associates with years of experience in the optical field. Heidi was able to correct a fitting problem that I gave up on and made them perfect. I ordered a second pair and I'm even more impressed with the second pair of glasses. Price was what you would expect from Walmart, completive or better than other optical shops. Just stopped into Walmart Vision today, and was so incredibly impressed by their skill and customer service! I had several broken pairs of glasses (curtesy of a handsy toddler) that I brought in. I didn’t know what could be done, some of them were pretty rough. But Dee was able to help me repair all three, and I can’t express my thanks enough. Dee the vision employee was so helpful and amazing. My glasses were broken so I came in to price new ones, not only did she help with that but she fixed my broken ones free!
I've purchased a glasses frame here and inquired about an eye exam - these guys are the best. Warm and accommodating, they really are looking to genuinely help you out.
