They were real nice to me. I ask for help ,so I wouldn't go over my insurance, and I pd myself a warranty, they have replaced my lens and got scratches out several times. Now the doctor has moved I'm talking about the actual part that has f Glasses
Love the girls here! They are all so incredibly helpful! I was looking at these other reviews and I realize that these negative reviews are mostly about the doctors office which is a completely separate business. I guess people don’t realize that. But the Vision Center they’re fantastic.
Remarkable ineptitude, will never return. I went in and asked if they do walk-ins or if I needed an appointment the receptionist said "we do walk ins come back Monday." Came back Monday and they said "doctor" had changed hours to Wednesday but I could show up at 9:30 and get a walk in. Came back Wednesday and doctor was an hour late told to come back in an hour. Visiting from OOT. Eye glasses got lost in the ocean. Wanted to see about getting an appt and getting glasses. Transferred multiple times from the main store line to the vision center with no answer. About the 4th time being transferred, someone answered the line, could hear breathing and then hung up. I called back and was transferred several more times with more not answering.
