Associate greeted me upon entering, asked what I needed. I responded that my glasses broke and was looking for a replacement. She walked away without saying anything. Another Associate came from the back and told me she cant help me as its against the law to help get replacements. And cant answer any questions and it could hold them liable if i was in an accident. The frames are sold at Walmart, but she wouldn't even help me locate the same pair of eye glasses. Its one thing to be store policy but to lie and say its against ... read more
