Manager was rude and was no help
The overweight lady was so lazy that should wouldn't look my old order, not would she open a SAMPLE BOX of color contacts just so I could confirm whether the color was the same as I had worn before. It is a SAMPLE pack that they pay zero dollars for. It is to PRODUCE SALES. The utter ignorance on display was next level. I shouldn't be surprised though, bc it seems to be the staus quo at this Walmart in Scottsboro, AL in ALL departments. My I have been here 3 times over the years and now I will not be back. I have been using Walmart Vision center for awhile now....I just have to Compliment an Optician....ELIZA SEYMORE.... she is Consistently Amazing...always so friendly, knowledgeable, professional....she can fix/ adjust my glasses to my crooked crazy face perfectly every time....I seriously will look for her ONLY when I'm at Walmart & need to stop by vision center...if she's not there, well, neither am I I can go on about her but I think I've made my point....she's the very best and honest....I really am a fan of Walmart visi... read more
I really would like to brag on Courtney at your Scottsboro location. She was extremely helpful when I picked out and placed my order last month. She even adjusted glasses for me when I brought them in later. She's always so sweet and friendly too. I call to make sure she's there if I need to go by now.
Called to get scheduled eye exam for contacts and glasses .. sorry we don't have a eye Dr here .. seriously.. smh
