I was in a panic this morning because I had messed up my frames! The sweet lady in the eye center that has helped me with my grandsons glasses fixed them for me! I cannot remember her name (I'm old) but she cares about her customers and has the best personal customer care! Thank you over and over!
Absolutely such a terrible experience completely unprofessional. They made me feel I was just a burden and the doctor just kinda shoved me out only handing my prescription and was gone. I felt I was just a bother more then a patient
The doctor and staff were absolutely unprofessional and didn't seem very interested in helping us out.
I enjoy purchasing my glasses and contacts at this location, all the girls there are friendly. My glasses are nice and both them and my contacts came in fast!
