Very professional and takes time with your concerns. My son has autism and they are patient and kind from start to finish! Hailey is amazing with frame selection for glasses. I've recommended to friends & family. You won't be disappointed.

I went to to Vision Center on 10/15/21 to have minor adjustments made to a pair of new glasses that I didn’t buy at the Vision Center. April was my contact. She was very courteous and professional. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you April and Merry Christmas to all.

Went to pick my glasses today, when I got there at 3 pm they had a sign saying back at 4. So I went walked around until around 4:10, when I returned the sign was gone but nobody around. After at least 10 minutes a guy come from the back and never batted an eye at me standing there. I had to tap on the counter to get his attention. He was not that professional at all when I told him I was there to pick up my glasses. The staff was very friendly and doing their part to keep the vision center sanitized! Wiping down any glasses you try on before putting them back out. One of the associates even picked the pair I ended up ordering! Very affordable and the order was ready for pickup only four days later.
