The Optometrist, William Springer O.D., assistant and smiling staff at the Walmart optometry department are amazing. Every single person who helped us with our yearly exam and glasses purchases was helpful, positive, kind and knowledgeable in their field. My family and I highly recommend this very efficient and high quality customer service office and department. They’re wonderful! Thank you!

Encountered a gentleman by the name of Steven working in the eye center. A very polite individual who took his time and assisted me with a problem I have had with my glasses for a long while. Pleasant, polite and knowledge he was able to fix my problem and show me the available options in the purchase of lenses. In this day and age the Walmart vision center and Steven proves that customer care is alive and well. Thanks
