The vision center manager Miracle is VERY rude, I went in to get my glasses tightened and she (Miracle) asked for the next person to have a seat, since I was next I sat down.. explained what I needed and she asked me in the rudest way “are you next” I looked around because everyone else was standing looking at me, why would I sit down if I wasn’t next! Every time I’ve visited that store she has an attitude and rude! She need training on customer service and how to be more respectful to customers
Every time I come out here These ladies all help me out they Go above and beyond to make sure that my glasses are just right and they fit right on my face, I will always recommend Walmart vision
Terrible customer service. Had to wait a long time just for a glasses adjustment, but I ended up walking out after a while before I even got served. This place is terrible. Do not recommend it.
Donna was very helpful and professional. She help my husband with a problem with his insurance and was not in any hurry to go to the next customer until he was satisfied. Thank you Donna
The ladies are awesome and great customer service.
