Thank you to Dr Knickerbocker and her team! Timely and thorough experience with my eye exam and prescription.
I had a great experience with all the staff at my recent eye exam. They were very patient and accommodating as I had my two youngest children with me. Dr. Knickerbocker is always kind and thorough in her exam. She recognizes hormonal changes that happen with pregnancy and lactation that may affect vision. The staff member at the vision center exhibited a complete lack of approachability, displaying a cold and dismissive attitude during my visit at 3:30 pm. I may need to reconsider returning on another day or perhaps not at all. It is my wish that the establishment hires employees who genuinely care about their customers. I hope one of them sets a New Year's resolution to be more attentive, as not even a Christmas miracle could remedy the unpleasant atmosphere there today.

Awesome visit to the vision center today! The (new to me) optometrist there was fun, informative, easy going and easy on the eyes. 5 Stars!
