My 14 year old reported that the doctor was extremely rude and treated him like he was stupid because he couldn't see during the vision test which is weird considering that's what he was there for and should be expected. I guess maybe don't take your kids here, not a kid friendly place.
I am so glad that I called Mattoon Walmart Vision they had an appointment the same day. Adam made sure all of my information was setup. He was so helpful and efficient!! He even fixed my glasses so I could use them until my contacts came in. Derek Storm OD did my exam and was very knowledgeable in what my best options were. I am truly thankful for all of their assistance & I highly recommend them if you need your eyes examined!!
La atención desde que está una chica llamada Liz es mucho mejor, resuelve todas tus dudas con paciencia y no te presiona para que tomes una decisión , siempre se mantuvo amable y profesional. Cabe mencionar que antes de que ella trabajara ahí la atención no era tan buena en mi opinión.
