I schedule an appointment for 3 exams. When I called, I explained I had Avesis through my job. Sure we take it. We arrive, she tells me she tried to contact me. I said no you did not. I said I received a text saying if I had Ky Medicaid, it wouldn’t be accepted. So, you didn’t call me to contact me regarding this. I also stated that you only texted me that info.
