Great experience. No issue with getting an exam scheduled. Eye exam was very informative. The optometrist is very friendly and thorough, no problem explaining what she was talking about so I understood clearly! I had to pay for my exam (which I don’t mind to be able to see in day to day life, ITS WORTH IT) then insurance covered for my contacts/glasses! I recommend going here!
Walmart will wait and call you. The day before your appointment to tell you that the doctor is an independent doctor and you have to pay for your appointment. I have United Healthcare. I have to pay for everything. Except my glasses I wear contacts. I have to see the doctor. But I'm stuck paying. Thanks for contacting me the day before my appointment when I could have found me a doctor and done been in. I've only been waiting 3 months to get in.
Had me reschedule my appointment and then put me on a date where no doctors was even in and then the best part didn’t even add me to the system this place is a mess
Dr gave me good exam.Ordered glasses .Came quickly.Will be returning
i only get my glasses from there and when i broke my they had them fixed within 5 days
