Walmart will wait and call you. The day before your appointment to tell you that the doctor is an independent doctor and you have to pay for your appointment. I have United Healthcare. I have to pay for everything. Except my glasses I wear contacts. I have to see the doctor. But I'm stuck paying. Thanks for contacting me the day before my appointment when I could have found me a doctor and done been in. I've only been waiting 3 months to get in.
Had me reschedule my appointment and then put me on a date where no doctors was even in and then the best part didn’t even add me to the system this place is a mess
Dr gave me good exam.Ordered glasses .Came quickly.Will be returning
i only get my glasses from there and when i broke my they had them fixed within 5 days
Worthless. Every appointment was a new problem with them. I’ve been to a Walmart Vision Center before (Oakland, Maryland), and it was phenomenal. But, this Cambridge one is the most disorganized and incompetent business I have ever encountered. Every time I went in there, they made me make another appointment so they could “check how my eyes did with the contacts”. I finally had to demand they actually order my contacts and glasses, and they acted surprised that I didn’t want another checkup appointment, after having three. ... read more
