Elli, classy for sure she’s the most attentive to detail and customer service oriented person I’ve met in Port Angeles. There’s a huge selection of frames and most importantly no upselling. A wonderful experience. Thank you Elli. Kudos to Doc and staff.
All I can say is Walmart vision center, if you haven't tried it, what are you waiting for? Vanessa is the best! She's very friendly and helpful! She helped us with an order that was sent to the wrong address and helped us with a pair of glasses. Prices are so reasonable. I don't know why I've been paying thousands of dollars for these services elsewhere and put up with rude service. Walmart staff are always friendly and accommodating!
The screw in my sunglasses fell out and i asked if they could screw it back in. The woman was very happy to fix them. I asked if i owed her anything and she said no just a smile! Thank you!
Elli literally saved my life today. Vanessa and Ashley were so helpful on the phone. Elli fixed my glasses, help me get a new pair n gave me a couple trial contacts til new ones. This place is the best and affordable. Idk why when I break my glasses I think my entire life is over but here we are and the lovely superheros at walmart vision saved the day again! Thank you!
Ashley was very knowledgeable of her job and helped me with suggestions. She is kind and I enjoyed the quick service and efficency of my order.
