Made an appointment that they changed without my consent, then said it was my fault for not showing up to the right appointment. They’ve lost a long time patient because of the lady’s bitchy attitude.

This place is a joke. Have called multiple times to check my appointment I stupidly made when I was in the store one day. Every time I call they answer and say there to busy to and to call back. Get better staff, better management and take care of your customers.
I had a wonderful experience at my eye appointment. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My appointment was handled in a timely manner, and I never felt rushed. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process. I really appreciated the professionalism and care—highly recommend!
I forgot my contact lenses at home and was visiting Montana for vacation. I was in a bit of a panic as I can’t drive without them and a stigmatism makes my vision blurry when trying to see far distances.
