Horrible customer service. Every time I’ve there just to buy contact lenses it’s always some. Last time I went to purchase contacts I waited patiently as they took other people who walked up after me. I work in retail and I would definitely see a coaching moment for the staff This happened multiple times. Beware! If you get your glasses here using insurance, months later they start sending you bills and calling you on the phone to collect more money. While the employees are nice, their system is messed up. I never had this happen to me in my life .
