Danielle was awesome! She helped me get lenses for my sunglasses that I really needed to replace. Gave me lots of options and has been very helpful through the whole process of paying and showing up to have the lenses put on. Thanks again!
Danielle was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way both with making sure the glasses I wanted to buy shaped my face correctly and when they came in a week later she had me try them on to make sure they were level on my face. She adjusted the glasses as needed. She showed she cares about her clients and her workplace. Will definitely return for future glasses.
We drove 40+ miles to pick up my eye glasses.. The woman in the eye center said I only answer the phone, no pick ups on Sunday. Online information says they are open on Sundays. I wouldn't have drove 40 miles to get my prescription glasses, if the information was correct. This is my only day off this week, not off again, until Sunday. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time and fuel. I will brag on the staff who was working the day of my appointment. Awesome
They provided great customer service, helped us find the correct glasses, and we received our new ones a week earlier than expected. Best place/staff in Hopkinsville!
Good service. Courteous attention to our needs.
