We drove 40+ miles to pick up my eye glasses.. The woman in the eye center said I only answer the phone, no pick ups on Sunday. Online information says they are open on Sundays. I wouldn't have drove 40 miles to get my prescription glasses, if the information was correct. This is my only day off this week, not off again, until Sunday. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time and fuel. I will brag on the staff who was working the day of my appointment. Awesome
They provided great customer service, helped us find the correct glasses, and we received our new ones a week earlier than expected. Best place/staff in Hopkinsville!

Had to look at the glasses myself without anyone in sales offering to help. Had to pay total amount up front. Got a call that they were in, drove 28 miles to pick them up to be informed that the person was alone and couldn't give me my glasses that were paid for in advance, with my receipt in hand. Also could not get a refund. Drove 28 miles x 4 x $3.24 a gallon thinking I was saving money but Walmart prevailed!
I tried to make an appointment and that person that answered the phone she was really rude she wasn't nice at all!!!
