Good service. Courteous attention to our needs.
Had to look at the glasses myself without anyone in sales offering to help. Had to pay total amount up front. Got a call that they were in, drove 28 miles to pick them up to be informed that the person was alone and couldn't give me my glasses that were paid for in advance, with my receipt in hand. Also could not get a refund. Drove 28 miles x 4 x $3.24 a gallon thinking I was saving money but Walmart prevailed!
I tried to make an appointment and that person that answered the phone she was really rude she wasn't nice at all!!!
Always professional and my family will only go to Dr. Schaefer!
