Charfalla was outstanding. My wife and I were there for an hour trying on many frames. Charfalla was always on hand offering her expert opinion and advice, which was on target. Her presence made the shopping experience a joy.
Char was very helpful, she had me in and out within a hour. I was just ordering new frames, she answered my questions, and I loved how she didn’t force anything on me at most vision places I feel like they always try to force a particular frame, etc. on you, she let me just shop and find what worked best for my face. Overall the experience was super great! **editing to add my glasses still have not arrived after 2 weeks of waiting, and each time I’ve tried to request a update optician “SARA” is a nightmare to deal with they ... read more
