Horrible place. Dude was only interested in getting a referral fee claiming I had cataracts ( I do NOT as verified by a REAL eye doc). Shot air in my eyes without warning and scared the bejesus outta me. Old equipment. Shoddy service. The prescription was worse than my eyesight as verified by a REAL eye doc. When I called to see if they’d do a re-do they kept saying “oh you just have to Wear them and get used to it”. Total BS. The script was filled out to totally fail. Everyone is so nice to us! Very helpful
This place has the kindest and most helpful staff. Our order was lost a week ago and the manager rush ordered another pair of glasses and refunded our order over the ordeal. Just getting the glasses alone was more than enough, but she went above and beyond and I am so thankful for the kindness of this place. We will definitely return in the future.
