I bought a pair of glasses here and damaged them. I brought them back and they fixed them perfectly, no charge!! Thank you so much!!!
Awful customer service. My daughter snapped my glasses and they wouldn’t give me the time of day. I was told they couldn’t fix them until I wanted duct tape. Okay. So then they told me I could just try to find a frame that matched and offered no other assistance. I walked around trying to match my lens to frames for a while before I gave up. Wasn’t impressed, they weren’t helpful and had attitudes.
I have been waiting for over 60 days for my trials to come in. So frustrating
