Thought I would save a couple bucks and have them make me a pair of glasses. Glasses came in scratched and wrong.
Let’s start with my apt was at 10:30 am and they didn’t start my apt until 10:45 and then I found out there was still one person a head of me not including the person with the doctor. When I said something they gal starting my exam stated “that just happens sometimes”. So it’s supposed to be okay for a doctor to run 45 mins to an hour behind? We walked out. My wife made an appointment for me to go in before Christmas. I saw Dr Robert. He was very down to earth and made recommendations on what I should get looked at considering I have diabetes. I did not feel pressured to buy anything or get unnecessary things done. I would highly recommend. The other staff helped me pick out glasses that fit my needs. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I found a true place that cares about me. That is very hard to find these days.
Wouldn't even fix glasses without a written prescription. Saw my brother's broken glasses and claimed they were fine. Rude and unhelpful, didn't seem to want us to make an appointment even.
