I used to get my eye glasses there. Good doctor by the way. It's been a few years, so now I live in the Grand canyon, so I called in May to get an appointment in May for the beginning of June, they said they do not make appointments a month a head. So I waited till June to call 2 weeks a head of time before I went on my vacation, she said all booked up and hung up before I could ask questions. Today I received a bill asking to pay a balance of $60 I used my insurance and paid the difference in cash at the time of my visit. NEVER had a problem anywhere else in my life. Seems like someone does not know how to bill our insurance. Won't be going there anymore. Good Luck Walmart getting paid! I have my receipts
Getting glasses here might work out but I DO NOT recommend getting your eye exam here with Dr Clark. Deception with the billing caused nothing but headaches. Find another eye doctor & save yourself the problems.
